Most people told me I was too young, the market was too competitive, and the timing was wrong. They were right about all three. I started anyway. At 18, I had zero knowledge of manufacturing, zero connections in distribution, and zero capital beyond what my family could pool together. What I had was a simple conviction: families in UP were overpaying for mediocre atta, and someone local could do it better.

Twelve years later, we have gone from 2 Cr to 250 Cr+. Fully bootstrapped. No venture capital. No private equity. No outside funding of any kind. We built 7 factories on one campus producing 500+ MT per day. We supply Parle and Haldiram. We are #1 on Blinkit in four categories. 10 lakh+ families trust Nandi for their daily roti. And we are just getting started.

The plan from here is clear. UP alone is a 5,000 Cr+ market for staples. We have barely scratched the surface. The next phase is 500 Cr in revenue, deeper penetration into every district, and making Nandi available in every kitchen in the state. I do not believe in doing fifty things. I believe in doing five things better than anyone else. That is how we got here, and that is how we will get to where we are going.
