  1. Dry roast sattu on low flame for 3 minutes.
  2. Melt jaggery with ghee on low heat.
  3. Mix roasted sattu, cardamom and dry fruits into the jaggery-ghee mixture.
  4. Shape into round ladoos while warm. Let cool and set.

Kitchen Tips

Shape ladoos while the mixture is still warm. If it crumbles, add a little more ghee. Store in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
