Aloo Paratha
North India's favourite aloo paratha using Nandi Choker Sahit Atta. Stuffed with spiced mashed potatoes, these parathas are golden, flaky, and delicious. Sharbati wheat flour gives the perfect texture for rolling and stuffing.
Ingredients
- Nandi Choker Sahit Atta (2 cups)
- Boiled potatoes (3)
- Green chilli (2)
- Fresh coriander (handful)
- Nandi Red Chilli Powder (1/2 tsp)
- Amchoor powder (1/2 tsp)
- Nandi Rock Salt to taste
- Ghee for cooking
Steps
- Prepare dough with atta and water.
- Mash potatoes with spices for filling.
- Stuff dough balls with potato filling and roll gently.
- Cook on tawa with ghee till golden brown on both sides.
Kitchen Tips
Mash potatoes while hot for smooth filling. Don't overstuff or they will tear. Cook on medium-high heat for flaky layers.
