Ingredients
- Nandi Besan (1 cup)
- Water (3/4 cup)
- Onion, chopped (1)
- Green chilli (1)
- Fresh coriander leaves
- Nandi Rock Salt to taste
- Nandi Turmeric Powder (a pinch)
Steps
- Mix besan with water to a smooth batter.
- Add onion, chilli, coriander, Nandi Rock Salt and Nandi Turmeric.
- Pour on a hot tawa and spread thin.
- Cook both sides until golden.
