  2. Rest for 2 hours covered with a damp cloth.
  3. Divide into balls, roll into oval shapes.
  4. Cook on hot tawa or grill, brush with butter and garlic.

Rest the dough for at least 2 hours for soft naans. Use a cast iron tawa for best charring. Brush generously with garlic butter.
