- Nandi Maida (2 cups)
- Boiled potatoes (4)
- Peas (1/2 cup)
- Cumin seeds (1 tsp)
- Nandi Coriander Powder (1 tsp)
- Nandi Rock Salt to taste
- Oil/Ghee (2 tbsp + for frying)
- Green chilli (2)
Steps
- Make flaky dough with maida, oil and water.
- Prepare spiced potato and peas filling.
- Shape into cones, fill and seal.
- Deep fry on medium heat till golden and crispy.
Kitchen Tips
Dough should be stiff, not soft. Fry on low-medium heat for flaky layers. Seal edges well with water-flour paste.
