Paneer Tikka
Restaurant-style paneer tikka using 3 Nandi Spices. Cubes of paneer and bell peppers marinated in a blend of Nandi Sabji Masala, Nandi Red Chilli, and Nandi Turmeric. Charred to perfection on a hot tawa or grill.
Ingredients
- Paneer (250g, cubed)
- Curd (3 tbsp, thick)
- Nandi Sabji Masala (1 tsp)
- Nandi Red Chilli Powder (1/2 tsp)
- Nandi Turmeric Powder (1/4 tsp)
- Nandi Rock Salt to taste
- Bell peppers and onion (cubed)
- Lemon juice (1 tbsp)
- Oil (1 tbsp)
Steps
- Mix curd with Nandi Sabji Masala, Nandi Red Chilli Powder, Nandi Turmeric, Nandi Rock Salt, lemon juice, and oil into a smooth marinade.
- Coat paneer cubes, bell peppers, and onion pieces in the marinade. Rest for 20 minutes.
- Thread onto skewers or place on a hot tawa greased with oil.
- Cook on high heat till charred spots appear on all sides. Serve with mint chutney and lemon.
Kitchen Tips
Use thick curd for better coating. Marinate for at least 20 minutes. Cook on high heat for that smoky, charred flavour.
