Rava Dosa

Ingredients
- Nandi Sooji (1/2 cup)
- Nandi Maida (1/4 cup)
- Rice flour (1/4 cup)
- Cumin seeds (1/2 tsp)
- Nandi Rock Salt to taste
- Black pepper (1/4 tsp)
Steps
- Mix sooji, maida, rice flour, cumin, salt with water into thin batter. No resting needed.
- Heat a non-stick tawa, grease lightly.
- Pour batter in circular motion from edges to centre. Drizzle oil around.
- Cook till edges lift and golden. Fold and serve with chutney.
Kitchen Tips
Batter should be very thin and watery. Pour from edges towards centre. Cook on medium-high heat for crispiness.
