  1. Dry roast sooji till light golden and fragrant. Set aside.
  2. Heat ghee, splutter mustard seeds, add curry leaves, peanuts, chillies, onion.
  3. Add 2.5 cups water, bring to boil. Add salt.
  4. Add roasted sooji slowly while stirring. Cook 3-4 minutes till thick.

Kitchen Tips

Roast sooji first for better texture. Add water in correct ratio (1:2.5). Stir continuously to avoid lumps.
